— Returning your AmiGo: Bring it back clean, with at least 5 km of range left — we’ll take care of the full recharge. If it’s returned with less than 5 km, towing costs may apply at your expense.
— Damage & fines: Your AmiGo is fully insured, with a CHF 500.- deductible (security deposit). Any damage or scratches up to this amount will be deducted from your deposit. Traffic fines are not covered by insurance and will be charged to your credit card — even if they arrive after your rental.

If you want a different time, you must contact us in advance — we are not at the location outside agreed hours. Officially, the battery maximum range is 75 km, but always play it safe — actual range depends on your driving style and conditions, so don’t plan to max it out and risk getting stuck. The dashboard shows your current battery range and usage, so keep an eye on it during your ride. Your AmiGo may be handed over with slightly less than 100% charge due to transfer logistics.

Yes. Please return the AmiGo in a reasonably clean condition — free of trash, food, or excessive mud and dirt. Normal dust, splash marks, or light road use are fine. If it needs special cleaning (e.g., sticky spills, stains, pet hair, large amounts of mud or trash left inside), a CHF 75.- cleaning fee may apply, deducted from your deposit.
