If everything is in order — clean, on time, and no damage — your CHF 500.- deposit will be processed for release within 24 hours of your return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to appear on your statement.

If you want a different time, you must contact us in advance — we are not at the location outside agreed hours. Officially, the battery maximum range is 75 km, but always play it safe — actual range depends on your driving style and conditions, so don’t plan to max it out and risk getting stuck. The dashboard shows your current battery range and usage, so keep an eye on it during your ride. Your AmiGo may be handed over with slightly less than 100% charge due to transfer logistics.

Yes, if needed. The AmiGo can be charged anywhere with a normal household plug. It comes with an extension cord and an adapter for standard EV charging stations. A full charge takes about 3–4 hours. Any charging costs are your responsibility.

Yes. Please return the AmiGo in a reasonably clean condition — free of trash, food, or excessive mud and dirt. Normal dust, splash marks, or light road use are fine. If it needs special cleaning (e.g., sticky spills, stains, pet hair, large amounts of mud or trash left inside), a CHF 75.- cleaning fee may apply, deducted from your deposit.

You must return the AmiGo with at least 5 km of range left. If you return it with less than 5 km and it needs towing to reposition, all towing and recovery costs are your responsibility. Always check your range before returning.

You’re fully responsible. Small damages like scratches, dents, or broken mirrors will be charged up to the CHF 500.- deposit (insurance deductible). The cost will be calculated based on a local repair estimate and deducted from your deposit. Larger repairs will be covered by our insurance, but the CHF 500.- deductible always applies.
